The Irish had a strong first half going up 32-9 by halftime. Worthington Kilbourne scrapped and had a great second half. But, it was not enough. The Irish was able to hold on for the OCC-Cardinal win. The Irish are now 10-2 in the league and tied for first with Hilliard Darby.

Bri Jordan and Ashleigh Rothe each contributed 10 points to the win. Bri also led all players with 4 assists. Natalie Hutras had 9 points, 7 rebounds and 3 steals to help the Irish. Lauren Erickson chipped in 8 points. Other scorers included Fola Olujide-Ajibade (5), Marlae Davis (2), Karleigh Rothe (2), Dalma Kiss (2) and Folu Olujide-Ajibade (2).

The Irish have two more league games remaining next week at Thomas Worthington and Hilliard Bradley.
